I find it crazy to think that Supremebeing™ which started out of a screen printers in Cambridge and is now located in a large barn on the outskirts of the city is being repped in one of the dopest street wear stores as far away as China! Check the Source here www.thesource.cn

They’ve got two stores, one in Shanghai and one in Beijing. I haven’t been lucky enough to get out there but from the stories I’ve heard and pics I’ve seen there is a 40ft high sneaker tower and facilities to dye, wash and custom your own factory denim, in store.  “Welcome to Source” as they put it, “the right to choose, the right to be unique, the right to live street and the right to be part of a fashion revolution”. I want the right to wash my own denim personally!

Their shop fit aside, Source are also really on top of their game with social media and marketing. When we launched Supremebeing™ with them they threw a huge bloc party with a fashion show bigging up the brand. Seeing the photos they really know how to hype a brand. To celebrate the completion of the ‘Face Your Street’ design competition run by lamono, a Spanish street culture and fashion magazine, they have decided to throw a party in Barcelona showcasing the finalists’ work alongside live painting by the artist Marcos Cabrera. It has definitely been inspiring for us to see so many people get behind the comp and produce some great work. The concept was simple, take the Supremebeing ‘Face Logo’ and place it within a photo or image making it look dope!

Dave & Goldie met again last week to finalise the product design behind the coming Supremebeing™ vs Metalheads Clothing collection. The small, but perfectly formed menswear capsule range consists of Tees, Polos, Knitwear & Jackets. Products have a defining theme through colourways and signature Supremebeing™ cuts.

DQ has been making sneaks live with DNA out there as his roadie, sticker blamming at any given opportunity. 1st Stop was the Bright show in Frankfurt Germany, it was then off to Berlin for the illustrious Bread and Butter Trade show. The pair ended there journey in Paris for Who’s Next! “We had an amazing time meeting our friends and making new ones! Here’s to the next road trip.”
