This morning we were up bright and early with the bakers and milkmen to fit the graphics for the new AW11 collection at Petrus in our home town of Cambridge.
Petrus is an inspiring independent stocking both men's and women's apparel and footwear. Currently in two locations; one in Cambridge city centre and one in Saffron Walden, a town not far from Cambridge; they have a great team on board with a true passion for fashion and retail with an exciting vision for the future. Petrus is one of the few independents holding it down and doing it right in our little market town we call home. Unfortunately Cambridge has become dominated by multiple stores and national chains being the only companies that can afford the high rents and rates set by Cambridge University, the major property owners for the city. Perpetual supporters of the independent store, we were all too willing to help out when the offer was made to fit some graphics and increase the store presence.
