We try our hardest to be nice to the postman, but please don't blame us if he has a hangover and is late for work, or if there is a flood, heavy snow or any natural catastrophe.
United Kingdom - All UK orders will be dispatched using 1st class, signed for post.
UK Post and Packaging is £2.50 Per Order. Please allow 1 – 3 working days for delivery from receiving your dispatch confirmation.
UK Next Day Postage is £7.00 Per Order. Please note that orders will only be gauranteed for Next Day Delivery if placed on Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur before 12 Noon. We cannot gaurantee your parcel will arrive the next day if your order is placed on Fri/Sat/Sun as this is down to your local Royal Mail delivery schedule.
Someone must be present to receive and sign for the delivery; otherwise a card will be left for you to pick up the package from the nearest post office depot. We would recommend using a work address as a delivery address if you are not home in the day.

European Union Zone 1 – Orders are dispatched using a variety of courier services dependent on which is best for your delivery location.
EU Zone 1 post and packaging is £8.00 per order. Please allow 5 – 7 working days for delivery from receiving your dispatch confirmation.
We provide our couriers with your contact details in the event that they cannot deliver to you, though we would recommend that if you are not sure you will be there for the delivery, that you set the delivery address to a work address as the normal delivery times are weekdays between 8am – 6pm.
Rest of the World & EU Zone 2- Orders are dispatched using a variety of courier services dependent on which is best for your delivery location.
Rest of the World & EU Zone 2 post and packaging is £15.00 per order. Please allow 5 – 10 working days for delivery from receiving your dispatch confirmation.
We provide our couriers with your contact details in the event that they cannot deliver to you, though we would recommend that if you are not sure you will be there for the delivery, that you set the delivery address to a work address as the normal delivery times are weekdays between 8am – 6pm.
Upon Spending £250 postage will be free to any area.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT CHARGES:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
It might be a good idea to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of placement, as long as the goods are returned in their original condition. If your goods have already been shipped, the delivery charge will not be refunded and the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.
You will also be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please email us with your order number and reason for wanting the refund. You must return the product to us immediately in the same condition you received it (at your own cost and risk). You have a legal obligation to take care of the product while it is in your possession. If you fail to do so, we may have a claim against you for compensation. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 28 days of the day you gave notice of your cancellation.
RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return the item within 14 days of the shipping date for an exchange or refund.
In the unlikely event of faulty goods, please be kind to them, they are our naughty children but we love them... please email us at shop@supremebeing.com, with your order number and nature of the fault
There is no need to contact us when returning items that are unsuitable.
* Please add a note at the bottom / backpage of your invoice stating if you require an exchange or refund as well as the nature of your return. ie, faulty item / doesn't fit etc.
If you have lost this then please send us an email explaining your reasons.
The return address is: Supremebeing™ Online Shop, Cambridge Road, Histon, Cambridge, CB24 9NU. If you are returning an item to us, the cost of the return and condition of the item / items is your responsibility.
• The item(s) are your responsibility until it arrives at our warehouse. Therefore, please ensure you send the parcel using any secure and traceable method i.e. Recorded/Special delivery, and retain your proof of postage receipt. Please be sure your package is insured and prepaid.
• Products must be sent back with the original correct product packaging bag, otherwise they will not be accepted
• All returns (including the product packaging) must arrive back to us in a re-saleable condition (unless faulty).
• Product bags must NOT be used as postal wrapping. This includes Footwear boxes.
• We will send an e-mail to you once the return has been processed.
• Your refund will be credited back to the same card or paypal account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed.Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
• Please note that refunds for goods bought as gifts can only be given to the debit or credit cardholder (the original payer).
• If you have any problems please keep your invoice displaying your order details for your reference and quote your order reference on all correspondence.
• Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the product being returned to you without refund.
• In the unlikely event of a fraudulent transaction, a refund will be made once an investigation has been carried out.
EXCHANGE:
If the new product is cheaper than original, the difference can be made up with another product but no refund will be given unless faulty.
