Starting on Saturday the 22nd September, White Canvas Project artist Memuco has a solo show at the iam8bit studio in LA where the second White Canvas Project took place. We're very excited to see the work produced for the show. Come and check it out if you can.

Created by MEMUCO, “THE SILENT ONE” is a one-of-a-kind art exhibition — a collage of recycled materials, paintings and infographics, woven together to form an evocative narrative. It’s the tragic and gripping story of the beautiful daughter of La Catrina on her mission to guide every endangered animal to the “underworld”.
Translated as “The Skull”, La Catrina is the iconic image that represents Mexico’s grande dame of death. “The Silent One” is her daughter. She never speaks during her journey, spending days playing with the creatures she collects, ensuring their happiness before the putting them to eternal sleep.
